Your Training Camp Scorecard is designed to give you a daily checklist of tasks that will help maximise your results throughout your 6 week challenge.
Each time you have completed a task, you can earn points for that day.
Your Scorecard will track your points on a daily basis, with a goal to reach 100 points each day.
Beneath your Scorecard, you can view a Weekly overview to see how you’re tracking day-to-day.
Here is how each task is scored:
- Meal plan: 30 points
- 2-3L water: 10 points
- 7+ hrs sleep: 20 points
- Complete workout: 40
- 5+ Mins meditation: 5 points
- 5+ Mins mobility: 5 points
- Myzone Effort Points (MEPS) earned for the day:
- < 100: 4 points
- 101-120: 5 points
- 121-130: 6 points
- 131-140: 7 points
- 141-150: 8 points
- 151-160: 9 points
- 160+: 10 points
The Scorecard differs from the app Leaderboard, which tracks where you rank against your fellow 12RND’ers and UBX’ers based on how many workouts you’ve completed. This is tracked by your in-club check-ins, with 100 points per check-in (this is limited to a session at a time, meaning you can’t check-in multiple times per visit)
Personal metrics such as your Scorecard and Progress DO NOT contribute to the leaderboard score and are purely for your own benchmarks during the period of the Training Camp.
